About the Role

You will be developing sound relationships with PSA Internal Sales Team and external customers for the purpose of assisting and servicing their needs, including co-ordinating the preparation of Project quotes, orders, and project data, stock allocations, schedules, and forecasts.

You will also liaise with all stakeholders along the project loop to ensure good information flow regarding projects from specification to product supply on Project Sites.

What can you expect?

• Process customers’ requests for delivery / release of orders
• Generating customer quotations
• Deliver prompt responses to customer enquiries on stock availability and technical information
• Inputting Sales Orders
• Liaise with suppliers for pricing and product availability
• Coordinating deliveries and liaising with our warehouse team
• Project Co-ordination including preparation of Project Quotes in accordance with discount criteria and within agreed timeframes and processing Project orders and enquiries.
• Scheduling of Projects and stock allocation on the system.

Skills and Experience

• A valid driver’s licence and relevant PC skills are required
• Embracing the Reece values, policies, and procedures
• Being a supportive team member
• Can do attitude
• Have extensive customer service or Internal Sales experience
• Computer literate
