What You'll Be Doing

• Lead all day to day venue operations and create an exceptional customer experience
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high performing team
• Build a positive, energetic culture where people love coming to work
• Drive sales, labour, and cost performance while delivering outstanding results
• Maintain exceptional food safety, quality, and operational standards
• Work closely with your leadership team to grow the business and achieve key performance goals

What We're Looking For

• Leadership experience in hospitality, retail, or QSR
• A passionate people leader who knows how to inspire and develop teams
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing KPIs, labour, and costs
• Someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and leads with positivity
• A hands on leader who isn't afraid to jump in wherever needed
