We are a growing provider of Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and Podiatry services across South East Queensland. Our team is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care while creating a workplace where clinicians feel valued, supported and trusted.

As demand for our Occupational Therapy services continues to grow, we are looking for Occupational Therapists who enjoy working independently in the community while being backed by a genuinely supportive multidisciplinary team.

We prioritise quality client care and sustainable workloads, allowing clinicians adequate time for assessments, documentation and travel.

Based in Eight Mile Plains servicing Brisbane South and Brisbae North as the primary location. There may be occasional trips to Toowoomba 1 - 2 days per month depending on referral requirement.

We believe quality care takes time.

Our clinicians typically see approximately 2–3 clients per day, allowing adequate time for assessments, treatment planning, documentation, travel, stakeholder communication and, most importantly, meaningful client interactions.

Rather than focusing on high-volume service delivery, we prioritise clinical quality, professional judgement and positive client outcomes.

You will work with a varied community caseload providing functional and evidence-based Occupational Therapy services to older adults across Brisbane South and Brisbane North

Your responsibilities may include:

• Home safety assessments

• Functional and mobility assessments

• Equipment prescription and recommendations

• Home modification assessments

• Falls prevention and independence-focused interventions

• ADL assessments and support strategies

• Report writing and documentation

• Liaising with families, support coordinators, care teams and other stakeholders

We are looking for clinicians who are compassionate, organised, reliable, and passionate about helping clients maintain independence and quality of life.

• Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist

• Current Australian working rights

• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle

• Professional indemnity insurance

• National Police Check

• COVID-19 vaccination evidence
