Cafe Head Chef

Chapters Boathouse in Two Rocks are seeking a experienced Head Chef to work alongside the owner eventually taking full control of the day to day running of the kitchen

We are open six days a week. Free on-site parking available. We do not offer sponsorship and you must have full working rights.

To be considered for these positions you must be able to demonstrate the following: 

• Experience across most sections in an al-la-carte kitchen

• An excellent communicator and team player

• Willingness to learn and refine your cooking skills & knowledge

• Knife skills essential

• Attention to detail in a high pressure environment

• Able to work independently and in a team

• Exemplary personal presentation

• An eye for presentation and an unrelenting desire for excellence

• Breakfast experience would be a advantage
