A GRADE ELECTRICIAN | WEMBLEY BASED | WESTERN SUBURBS WORK

$50 to $60/hr + super | Take-home van | No after hours | Weekends at double time

Most sparky jobs in Perth mean a drive to Wangara or Malaga before you've turned a screw.

We're in Wembley. Our work is Floreat, Cottesloe, Subiaco, Claremont and City Beach. Short runs and quality homes.

If you live west or coastal, this is the shortest commute you'll find.

THE ROSTER

• 5 day week

• On the job at 7:30

• Monday 7:30 at the shop, coffee on us, plan the week and go

• We aim to be done by 4. Most days we are. Some run over, that's service work.

• Monthly RDO

• No after hours, no on-call

• Weekends only if you want them, paid at double time from the first hour

THE WORK

Residential and light commercial service. Switchboard upgrades, consumer mains, power points, lighting, fault finding, EV chargers. One to six jobs a day, all Perth inner west.

You run your own van and your own day.

WHAT YOU GET

• $50 to $60/hr + super depending on your tier, roughly $99k to $119k a year plus super

• New automatic Renault Trafic, take-home, fully stocked and maintained

• $3,000 in bonuses over your first six months: $1,000 at three months, $2,000 at six

• Performance bonus on top, we'll talk numbers at the interview

• $500 a year Sydney Tools account

• Tickets and training paid for

• Paid day off on your birthday

• Small team. You deal with the owner directly, not a middle manager

WHAT WE NEED

• Current WA electrical licence

• Current WA driver's licence

• Can run a service job start to finish without being babysat

• Quotes on site

• Happy to have an apprentice with you

• Good with customers, they're paying premium and they expect it

• Pride in the work
