Service Administrator

• Coordinate and manage site mobilisation of onsite labour, ensuring timely deployment to meet client requirements
• Ensure timely invoicing of site labour
• Supporting preparation of accurate customer quotations for on-site support
• Open and close service jobs
• Receipt purchase orders on receipt of the goods and services
• Provide administrative and operational support across multiple teams
• Manage WIP (work in progress) report
• Other Administrative duties as required.

• Minimum 2 years relevant administration experience
• Exposure to Mining industry
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient oral and written communication skills
• High level organisational skills
• Strong Excel skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and complete to high standard
• Initiative and self-drive
• Problem solving skills
