Psychologist/Clinical Psychologist - Mount Helena

$120,000–$150,000 + super FTE + performance bonus
Part-time or full-time | Clinical endorsement preferred
Russell-Smith and Co is looking for a psychologist to join our team in Mt Helena.
We are particularly interested in someone who enjoys working with children and adolescents and would like a role with more variety than a traditional private practice caseload.
Alongside individual clinical work, we are developing a broader program for young people who may be struggling with school engagement, learning online, homeschooling or needing a more flexible pathway. The program will bring together psychological support, practical skill development, group work, interest-based activities and opportunities for social connection.
The role may include:Individual therapyConsultation with parents, schools and other professionalsSupporting young people with anxiety, neurodivergence and school engagement difficultiesGroup programs and workshopsClinical consultation and input into the broader programTeam development and collaborationOpportunities to develop new supports or programs around your own interests and areas of expertise
We are looking for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, thinking creatively and building meaningful relationships with young people and families.
We are open to psychologists at different stages of their career. Salary will reflect experience, skills and endorsement, with the upper end of the advertised range intended for suitably experienced Clinical Psychologists.
General registration as a psychologist is required. Clinical endorsement is preferred.
You would be joining a small, supportive team with strong administrative support, established referral pathways and the opportunity to contribute to a developing service rather than simply taking on a standard therapy caseload.
