About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented and technically curious Quality Coordinator to join our Sourcing team and support the day-to-day quality function across our furniture, lighting and homewares collections.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll play an important part in ensuring our products meet Coco Republic’s quality and compliance standards. You’ll coordinate and review product testing and inspections, manage quality documentation, track product defects and corrective actions, and work closely with our global supplier network to ensure issues are identified and resolved.You’ll also be the key day-to-day contact for internal teams including Showrooms, Customer Service, Operations and Product, helping to ensure quality concerns are captured, communicated and followed through to resolution.

What You’ll DoCoordinate day-to-day quality activities across furniture, lighting and homewaresAct as the key quality contact for Showrooms, Customer Service, Operations and Product teamsRecord, investigate and track product defects and quality concerns through to resolutionReview inspection and testing reports, identifying issues and escalating where requiredCoordinate corrective actions with suppliers and ensure agreed actions are completed within required timeframesCoordinate product testing with suppliers and external testing laboratoriesMaintain accurate compliance records, certificates, technical documentation and inspection reportsSupport the development and implementation of product quality standards, checklists and inspection criteriaIdentify recurring quality issues and trends, supporting root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiativesMaintain quality dashboards and reporting, providing clear visibility of product and supplier performanceSupport supplier quality reviews and communicate quality requirements and expectationsCoordinate quality-related actions, deadlines and follow-ups across multiple stakeholdersEnsure quality processes and documentation are consistently maintained across the supplier networkSupport audits and targeted product reviews where additional quality oversight is required
Who You AreExperience in quality assurance, quality control, product testing or a similar technical or product-focused roleHighly organised with exceptional attention to detail and strong follow-throughA practical problem solver who enjoys investigating issues and finding solutionsStrong Excel and data management skills, with confidence working with reporting and documentationClear and confident communicator, comfortable working with both internal teams and suppliersAble to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and quality issues in a fast-paced environmentTechnically minded and curious, with a willingness to understand how products are made and how quality can be improvedProactive and comfortable working independently, while knowing when to escalate issuesExperience working with furniture, interiors, homewares or manufacturing would be highly regardedAn understanding of materials, furniture construction, manufacturing processes or product testing would be advantageousExperience working with overseas suppliers or interpreting technical and testing documentation would be a plus
