Joinery Estimator

The Opportunity

This role is responsible for the timely completion of project pricing including sales drawings, when necessary, in order to complete the tender process to secure cabinetry works for the business. The role involves assisting in the project from start to finish.

Main duties and responsibilities 

• To liaise with clients. 

• To provide customers with guidance and advice regarding their individual cabinetry requirements. 

• Estimation/quotation and design of joinery. 

• Interpret plans and specifications from clients and builders. 

• Estimating and supplying customers with clear scope of works and accurate pricing. 

• Compile and deliver budgets for forecasting and job management.  

• Preliminary computer-based design cabinetry plans for customer approval. 

• Managing key relationships and liaison with clients and customers as required.

• Explanation of design to set out team as required. 

Requirements

• Trade qualification in Cabinet Making is well regarded, further certification or licenses are beneficial. 

• Experience using Cabinet Master (preferrable)

• Current valid driving license
