Fencing Supervisor

About the role

This is a physically active, on-site leadership role. You'll supervise installation teams, assist with complex installs, and ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Supervising fencing and gate installation crews

• Hands-on work including post-hole digging, carrying panels, gates, and materials

• Reading and interpreting fabrication drawings

• Ensuring all work meets GateFlex quality standards

• Coordinating daily job schedules and site requirements

• Maintaining safety compliance and site documentation

• Communicating with clients and the GateFlex office team

About you

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar fencing or construction supervisory role

• Fit, healthy, and capable of manual labour

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to problem-solve on site

• White Card (required)

• Experience with aluminium fencing, gates, or fabrication (highly regarded)

• Current driver's licence
