About this Position Based in Knoxfield, this role is responsible for managing and growing customer relationships within a designated territory (Berwick, Clayton, Springvale, Oakleigh, Chadstone), driving sales performance and delivering excellent service outcomes. You’ll work closely with customers to understand their needs, present products effectively, and identify new business opportunities. Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow sales and margin performance across an assigned territory, in line with budget targetsDevelop strong customer relationships, protecting base business while driving basket growth and retentionIdentify and convert new business opportunities through effective planning and targeted sales activityPromote and sell the full foodservice product range, supported by supplier partnerships and promotional programsUse sales data and insights to plan activity, optimise margins, and support continuous improvement with customers
