The Opportunity

As Hairdresser Manager/Co-ordinator at STYLZ HAIR , you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hair salon in Sydneys Eastern suburbs, NSW. This is a full-time role that requires strong leadership, customer service and hairdressing skills.

Key Responsibilities

You will not be running a column of clients but managing the team and co-ordinating the salon ,backing up the stylists as well as tending to the retail side of the business.

• Manage and oversee the salon's team of hairstylists, ensuring high standards of service and productivity

• Schedule and coordinate staff shifts and appointments to optimise salon operations

• Maintain inventory control and order necessary supplies

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction

• Perform hairdressing duties such as cutting, colouring and styling hair

• Train and develop junior staff members

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

• Contribute to the overall growth and success of the salon

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a hairdresser  with proven skills in hairdressing and and management.

• Previous management (at least 1 year ) or supervisory experience in a salon environment

• Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills

• Passion for the hair and beauty industry and the latest trends

• Excellent time management and organisational abilities

• Understanding of health and safety regulations

• Certificate III in Hairdressing or equivalent
