Property Manager

Are you a motivated Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager driven by collaboration and impact? If so, here’s your opportunity to join our team at OC Real Estate! You’ll work within an established team, contributing to the day-to-day management of a growing residential portfolio across the inner North-east Adelaide region. You’ll have experienced leadership around you, clear systems to work within, and real opportunity to develop your skills and career at OC.

Key responsibilities in this role include:

• Building trusted relationships with landlords and tenants
• Day-to-day portfolio management support across a growing residential portfolio
• Arrears management
• Conducting property inspections, including ingoing, routine & final inspections, to ensure maintenance and safety standards are met.
• Attending tribunal hearings when required
• Managing repairs and maintenance
• Establishing competitive rental rates by conducting market research on local rates and relevant overhead costs
• Working collaboratively with our wider property management support team to deliver outstanding service

To be considered for this opportunity, you will have:

• A current property management license (essential)
• A current driver’s license and reliable vehicle (essential)
• Demonstrable experience in Property Management (6+ months)
• Exceptional customer service experience
