About the role
The Integrity Paralegal plays a vital role in protecting and strengthening the integrity of the game by supporting the delivery of legal advice, policy development, project management and compliance initiatives across a broad range of integrity matters.
Working closely with the Director of Integrity and Compliance and the Integrity Lawyer, you will contribute to initiatives that promote safe sporting environments, uphold fair and honest competition, and foster positive conduct both on and off the court. This role supports key areas including member protection, safeguarding children and young people, anti-doping, anti-corruption, online abuse, on-court behaviour, privacy, whistleblower protections and insurance-related matters.

This is a permanent, part-time position (2 days per week).
In this role, you will:
Assist in the review, development and maintenance of Tennis Australia's national policies, integrity frameworks, codes of conduct, procedures and supporting resources.
Support the design and delivery of integrity education, awareness and training initiatives in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
Contribute to integrity risk management activities by identifying emerging risks, supporting risk assessments and helping develop proactive mitigation strategies.
Assist the Integrity Lawyer in providing legal advice, conducting investigations and preparing legal documentation relating to alleged breaches of national policies and integrity frameworks.
Support the Integrity Lawyer with legal advice, correspondence, submissions, advocacy and other case management activities relating to disciplinary tribunals, hearings and alternative dispute resolution processes.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
Progress towards a Bachelor of Laws, minimum three years completed (essential).
Strong written communication and document drafting skills.
Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
Well-developed interpersonal, stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution skills.
Sound judgement, attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
The ability to maintain confidentiality and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check
Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia
