As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced 1st Class Welder to join our high-performing team at our Gold Coast manufacturing facility.

As a valued member of our fabrication team, you will play a key role in manufacturing and finishing high-quality sub-assemblies for radiators, marine heat exchangers, and specialised fabricated components. Working within a collaborative and fast-paced environment, you'll bring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in producing exceptional workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce high-quality MIG and TIG welds on copper, brass, stainless steel, and mild steel components.

• Follow production schedules to ensure delivery targets and customer expectations are met.

• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

• Operate a range of fabrication equipment, including welders, power tools, pneumatic tools, saws, and hand tools.

• Complete sheet metal fabrication and finishing activities to required quality standards.

• Contribute to a safe, organised, and productive workshop environment.

To succeed in this role, you will be a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in delivering quality work and thrives in a team-focused manufacturing environment.

You will bring:

• Proven experience in MIG and TIG welding.

• Trade qualification in Fabrication, Boilermaking, or a related discipline.

• Experience working with copper, brass, stainless steel, and other fabrication materials.

• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

• Experience performing fabrication tasks including marking out, grinding, sanding, drilling, and finishing.

• A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong focus on workplace safety.
