About the role
The Food & Beverage team plays a key part of the daily hotel operations by ensuring a high level of excellent guest service to our patrons and in-house guests. The position will require mostly shifts in the evening on weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
Key responsibilities
Taking orders and delivering meals, ensuring tasks are completed to the highest standard
Provide and deliver an excellent level of guest service at all times
Work together cohesively as part of a team
About you
RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification is required before starting
Minimum 6-12 months food and beverage service experience is required
Barista coffee experience is preferred
Flexible availability for all shifts including weekdays, weekends and public holidays is essential
A minimum availability of 16-24 hours per week is required for this part-time position
