Client Experience and Studio Manager

We’re looking for a confident, organised, people-focused Client Experience & Studio Manager to help lead the day-to-day experience of the studio. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll play a key role in keeping the studio running smoothly while creating an experience clients genuinely remember. 

• Welcome and look after clients from arrival through to completion of their appointment 

• Help maintain a professional, clean and organised studio environment 

• Support artists and assist with day-to-day studio operations 

• Coordinate supplies, stock and general studio maintenance 

• Manage bookings, client communication and rebooking opportunities 

• Build strong relationships with both clients and artists 

• Uphold the studio’s customer service standards and culture 
  

• Experience in hospitality, retail, studios, wellness, beauty, or other service-based environments 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

• Ability to build rapport quickly and make people feel comfortable 

• Organised, proactive and reliable 

• Proven customer service and sales ability 

• Someone who brings positive energy and professionalism to the team 

• $60,000–$65,000 + superannuation
