We are a reputable and client-focused law firm with three office locations in Queensland, known for our approachable team, strong work ethic, and commitment to professional excellence. As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join us as a Junior Business Administration Trainee.
Role Overview:
As a Junior Business Administration Trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the legal sector while developing essential administrative and organisational skills. You will undertake a full time traineeship for a twelve (12) month period. During this 12 month traineeship you will receive a Certificate III in Business Administration (Legal) as well as invaluable experience in a reputable legal office. This is a fantastic entry level position and would suit recent/upcoming school leavers, with a view to career advancement. Start date is flexible around school terms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a forward-thinking, technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering and directing incoming phone calls
Greeting clients and visitors professionally and courteously
Managing incoming and outgoing mail/emails
General administrative support including filing, scanning, and data entry
Maintaining a clean and organised reception area
Assisting legal staff with ad-hoc tasks and office duties as required
What We’re Looking For:
A friendly, professional, and well-presented individual
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities
A willingness to learn and a proactive attitude
Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite) and willingness to learn
Previous experience in customer service or administration (desirable but not essential)
Must have drivers licence and own reliable vehicle
