Raptor Property Solutions values professionalism, safety, and efficient service delivery in every client engagement.Role Description The Administrative Assistant role is a part-time, hybrid position based in Como, NSW, with some flexibility to work from home. The role includes managing phone calls, emails, and inquiries, providing courteous and timely responses to clients and internal stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks involve scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, organizing files and records, and supporting the coordination of property maintenance jobs. The Administrative Assistant will prepare and update documents, data entry, and basic reporting, as well as assist with general office duties to ensure smooth operations. This role also supports executives and field staff with administrative tasks, including meeting arrangements and follow-up communications.Qualifications Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including scheduling, document management, and data entry.Professional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.Experience with Executive Administrative Assistance, such as calendar management and meeting coordination for leadership.Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and basic computer literacy.Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a hybrid work setting.Prior experience in property services, facilities, or a related industry is beneficial but not required.Relevant certification or training in office administration or business support is an advantage.
