Restaurant Supervisor

We’re looking for an energetic Venue Supervisor who brings personality, attention to detail and a genuine love of service to the floor, with the ambition to develop their leadership career within the wider MAMAS group.

As Venue Supervisor, you’ll be a hands-on leader on the floor, supporting the management team and helping each service run smoothly.

You’ll lead by example, keep an eye on the details and help create a great experience for both our guests and the team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising shifts and supporting the team throughout service

• Maintaining high standards of guest service and venue presentation

• Supporting opening and closing procedures

• Helping coordinate sections, breaks and service flow

• Coaching team members and providing support during busy services

• Responding confidently and professionally to guest feedback

• Supporting venue management with day-to-day operations

• Helping maintain MAMAS service, safety and operational standards

We’re looking for someone who is energetic, service-focused and ready to take the next step in their hospitality career.

You’ll ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Supervisor

• Excellent attention to detail and a genuine interest in great hospitality

• Confidence leading and supporting a team during busy services

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• A positive, hands-on approach

• Good weekend availability

• Current Victorian RSA

• An interest in developing your leadership skills and progressing within a larger hospitality group

You don't need to know everything on day one. We’re looking for someone with strong service instincts, reliability and the drive to develop.
