Join the team behind some of Australia's best-known kitchen, bathroom and laundry brands.

As our Graphic Designer, you'll be part of GWA's in-house creative studio, working alongside brand, product, trade marketing and digital specialists to create campaigns, product launch materials, customer communications and retail assets that support our portfolio of leading brands. This is an individual contributor role - you will be the dedicated design resource within the studio, with full ownership of the visual output you produce across print, digital and in-store channels.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys bringing ideas to life across both print and digital channels, taking pride in owning their work from brief through to final delivery. While graphic design is the primary focus, experience in videography would be highly regarded.

What you'll do

• Create marketing collateral across print and digital channels - including print, point-of-sale, display, social media and websites
• Design brochures, catalogues, point-of-sale and campaign assets
• Create digital campaign assets across email, display advertising and online retail
• Support product launches and trade marketing initiatives
• Develop templates and maintain brand assets
• Work closely with marketing, product and sales teams
• Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints
• Manage projects from concept through to final delivery, taking ownership of quality and timelines

What you'll bring

• Graphic design experience across print and digital media
• Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Understanding of the design process from concept through to final production
• Experience working within brand guidelines
• The ability to manage your own workload independently and take ownership of delivery

Nice to have

Experience in videography would be highly regarded but is not essential. It would provide additional support to the wider studio team when required.
