We are now seeking a motivated Service Advisor to join our team and help drive performance while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

About the Role 

Based at our North Gosford dealership, you’ll be the vital link between our service team and our customers. Your responsibilities will include: 

• Welcoming customers to the service department 

• Communicating vehicle symptoms and repair solutions clearly 

• Quoting accurate parts and labour prices 

• Handling customer concerns with professionalism 

• Preparing invoices and closing repair orders efficiently 

About You 

We’re looking for someone who brings energy, attention to detail, and a strong service mindset. Ideally, you will have: 

• Experience in a similar role or the automotive industry 

• Excellent customer service and communication skills 

• Strong presentation and the ability to multitask under pressure 

• A current manual driver licence 

• Ability to pass a National Police Check (Company provided)
