Are you an extraordinary individual with a passion for providing quality in-home care services? We have an exciting opportunity for you to make a difference in the lives of our clients in Norlane - Lara. 

About the Role:
As a Disability Support Worker, you'll provide tailored care, assisting with:

• Personal Care/Disability Support Worker 
• Manual Handling 
• Domestic Assistance (cleaning, laundry, meal prep)
• Transport & Community Access (escorted and unescorted shifts)
• Meal Preparation (breakfast, lunch, and dinner)
• You will be a key part of our clients' lives, offering emotional support, facilitating social interaction, and helping them reach their personal goals.
• Shifts: Days 8am - 5pm Weekdays & Weekends

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Preferred 3 years experience as a DSW
• Training: Must have Manual Handling training and experience
• Specialist Skills: Experience with behaviours of concern 
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Current First Aid & CPR certificates
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
