About the role
The Opportunity
OPS is currently seeking a Parts Interpreter, based out of our head office in Bibra Lake, WA.
The role will support and advise both our internal and external stakeholders on parts across our diverse range to minimise downtime & maximise productivity.
Provide timely and expert parts advice to our customers.
Market, source, sell and supply parts, face-to-face and over the phone.
Accurately interpret all parts manuals and catalogues.
Ensure lead times are met and provide exceptional customer service.
Prepare quotations and sales orders.
Problem solve spare parts enquiries.
Rostered on-call weekends.
What are we looking for?
To be successful for this role you will need to have the following:
Demonstrated, relevant experience in a parts interpretation position.
Full unrestricted ‘C’ Class Driver’s License.
Forklift licence desirable
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work in a team and autonomously.
Pro-active and self-motivated.
