Operations Supervisor

This is an exciting opportunity to step into a hands-on leadership role with a growing business.

As our Operations Supervisor, you'll work closely with the General Managers to oversee the day-to-day operations of the workshop and field service teams, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

You'll coordinate people, resources and workflow, support the development of the team, help improve operational processes and play an important role in delivering outstanding service to our customers.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with proven experience supervising teams and coordinating daily operations who is ready to build on their leadership experience in a growing business.

About you

You're someone who enjoys leading people, solving problems and keeping operations running smoothly.

You'll ideally bring:

• Experience leading or supervising teams in a workshop, manufacturing, logistics, transport, construction or trade-based environment.

• Experience coordinating daily operations, scheduling work and managing competing priorities.

• A practical, hands-on leadership style.

• Strong organisational and communication skills.

• The ability to motivate and support teams while maintaining high standards.

• A commitment to safety, quality and customer service.

• Confidence making day-to-day operational decisions and escalating more complex matters where required.

Previous experience as a Team Leader, Leading Hand, Workshop Supervisor, Service Supervisor, Operations Supervisor or similar will be highly regarded.

Qualifications in Business, Operations, Logistics or a trade background are advantageous but not essential
