New Role Step into a Customer Service Specialist role where you'll be the friendly, reliable point of contact for customers in regards to their devices. You will work closely with a supportive Customer Service Manager who will mentor and guide you as you grow your skills.

You will: Respond to high-volume customer enquiries via phone and email Provide timely updates to customers in regards to their orders

Manage queries on product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines Resolve customer escalations in an empathetic manner Update the Salesforce CRM with customer information

Previous Customer Service, Customer Care, Call Centre, Contact Centre, Complaints or Order Processing experience Experience in Healthcare, Medical Device, or Pharmaceutical industries is a bonus, however not essential
