About the Role

This role plays a key part in ensuring our patients receive an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through the door. You’ll lead daily operations, support and develop the team, and help drive practice performance while keeping patient care at the heart of everything we do.

Skills and Experience

We’re looking for someone who can bring:

• Strong retail management experience
• Preferably with experience in the optical industry
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
• Strong systems and operational experience
• A consultative selling approach
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A passion for delivering outstanding patient experiences

With practices located in Canberra City and Tuggeranong, Evans and McMahon Optometrists are dedicated total-care optometry practices providing comprehensive eye health services to our community.

We provide thorough eye examinations, prescribe spectacles, fit contact lenses, and diagnose eye conditions requiring specialist care. Our practices also offer complete spectacle services, including an in-office finishing lab, along with a large range of frames, sunglasses, and prescription lenses.
