growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Insurance Account Executive

to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a relationship-driven insurance professional who

enjoys managing a portfolio while actively identifying opportunities to grow and

strengthen client accounts.

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, retaining and expanding

existing business, and developing trusted relationships with clients, insurers, and

referral partners. The successful candidate will be comfortable working

independently, taking ownership of their portfolio, while also contributing to a

collaborative and supportive team environment.

• Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients and act as their trusted
• advisor.
• Manage the full renewal cycle, including submission preparation, insurer
• negotiations, placement of cover, and policy implementation.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell insurance solutions that add
• value to clients.
• Drive client retention through proactive relationship management and service
• excellence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers, underwriters, clients,
• and key stakeholders.
• Negotiate competitive terms and favourable outcomes for clients.
• Provide timely advice regarding policy coverage, risk exposures, and
• insurance solutions.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and
• relationship development.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure all documentation is compliant
• and up to date.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client enquiries and requests.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in insurance broking, account management, business development, or a similar insurance role.
• Tier 1 Qualification (Essential).
• Demonstrated ability to build, retain, and grow client relationships.
• Strong sales and business development capability, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional presentation and customer-focused mindset.
• Solid Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
