Based in Seven Hills, ZIP Solar helps businesses cut their power bills, reduce their environmental footprint, and future-proof their energy needs through Solar, Battery Storage, and Electrical solutions. We're a growing, energetic team that backs our people and rewards results.

The Hours

• Flexible shifts between 10:00am and 4:00pm, Monday to Friday

• You choose your hours within that window

• Minimum shift length of 4–5 hours

• Casual and permanent part time positions available.

About the Role

As our Appointment Setter, you'll be the first friendly voice our customers hear. You'll:

• Make outbound calls to identify and qualify potential customers

• Book appointments for our solar and energy consultants

• Build quick rapport and trust with homeowners and businesses

• Keep the CRM up to date with accurate notes and follow-ups

• Deliver a warm, professional experience on every call

• Introduce customers to solutions that genuinely benefit them

Who We're Looking For

• A confident, friendly communicator who loves connecting with people

• High energy, positive, and motivated to hit targets

• Coachable and resilient — every "no" is a step closer to a "yes"

• Experience in sales, customer service, appointment setting, lead generation or business development is a bonus, but attitude matters most.
