Customer Service Administrator

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior candidate looking to start their career, or someone with previous experience in customer service, administration, internal sales, or order processing. Full training will be provided for the right person.

• Up to $70,000 + Super
• 6-month temporary assignment with a view to permanent employment

• Manage inbound phone calls and emails from customers
• Process customer orders and provide quotations
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records
• Assist with stock control and inventory administration
• Purchase office supplies and support general administration tasks
• Support internal sales activities and customer enquiries
• Update information using Excel and internal systems
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

• Have customer service, administration, retail, internal sales or office experience
• Be confident communicating with a wide range of customers
• Have a resilient and professional approach when dealing with challenging situations
• Possess strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Be comfortable using Microsoft Excel and computer systems
• Have excellent attention to detail
• Experience within an industrial, manufacturing, building products, steel, construction or trade-related environment will be highly regarded, but is not essential
