Harmony House Community Care is seeking a compassionate and reliable Female Disability Support Worker to provide ongoing support to an NDIS participant in West Footscray.

This is a consistent weekly shift, ideal for someone looking for regular casual work.

Shift Details

• Every Saturday
• 3-hour shift
• Casual ongoing position

Key Responsibilities

• Support the participant with community access and social activities
• Assist with daily living tasks as required
• Deliver person-centred support while encouraging independence
• Build a positive, respectful, and supportive relationship with the participant
• Follow the participant's support plan and organisational policies

About You

• Female support worker (participant preference)
• Caring, reliable, and professional
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Committed to providing high-quality, person-centred support

Essential Requirements

• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Working with Children Check (if applicable)
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
• Current Australian Driver's Licence
• Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
• Australian working rights
• Current ABN (required)
