About Leed:
Leed is a privately-owned Australian civil contractor delivering projects in metropolitan, regional and remote areas of Australia. We have over 350 staff with offices and workshops in Adelaide, Bendigo, Cooma, and Melbourne. We contribute to some of Australia’s largest sustainable energy projects, and deliver reliable, safe water infrastructure and road projects that serve communities around the country.
About the Opportunity:
With recent growth and expansion, including the announcement that Leed has entered into an agreement to join JN Bentley, the UK contracting arm of the global Mott MacDonald Group, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong interest in the delivery of water infrastructure projects to join our New South Wales and Victorian teams, working on some of the nations’ leading regional community-focused civil projects ranging in complexities and scale between $5m to $50m.
Key Responsibilities:
About You:
– a 10 day on, 4 day off roster arrangement.
– working in regional towns and cities across Victoria and New South Wales.
– Projects that typically range from 6 to 18 months duration.
We Offer:
• Opportunity to contribute to regionally-focussed landmark infrastructure projects.
• Be part of a supportive and collaborative project delivery team.
• Competitive salary with training and development.
• Fully maintained company vehicle and fuel card.
• Rewarding travel allowance.
• Direct development and support from senior leaders.
• Clear career pathways, now part of a truly global engineering network.
Leed is an Equal Opportunity employer committed to fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace where all individuals can thrive. We strive to build a diverse workforce that reflects the communities in which we work and to ensure everyone is treated fairly, with dignity and respect. We recognise and value the full spectrum of individual identities and experiences, including gender, age, race, disability, sexual orientation, religion, neurodiversity, and more.
