Enhance Nursery Solutions is a family owned and operated business providing sales and merchandising support, on behalf of several wholesale nurseries, to retailers and landscape trade markets. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service for our customers, as well as a supportive and rewarding environment for our staff. 

We are looking to expand our resources and are currently looking for a Plant Merchandiser for the landscape trade markets in the Eastern Suburbs.

Qualifications & experience

• Interest in & knowledge of plants a must

• Ability to work independently & manage time efficiently

• Own vehicle and current drivers license

• Physically fit & able to lift weights in excess of 15kgs

• Previous plant sales and / or merchandising experience required

• Great communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships

Tasks & responsibilities

• Stock merchandising

• Reliability, attention to detail and excellent time management a must

• Weekly reporting via a communication app back to head office

• Basic computer skills required

• Ability to work at least two to three days a week, with flexibility to work between the hours of 7am and 5pm.

Job Requirements

• Ideally located close to or in Eastern / South Eastern Suburbs of Victoria.  

• Ability to work at least 2-3 days a week, between the hours of 7am and 5pm.
