Investor Services Administrator

The Australian Homeowner Fund (AHF) is an independent Australian investment manager focused on the design and management of mandate-driven investment vehicles for wholesale and professional investors.

AHF operates within a structured governance framework, with a focus on clarity of mandate, disciplined capital allocation and transparent reporting to investors. The business works alongside experienced legal, audit, advisory and administration providers to keep every strategy operating to a well-defined standard.

The Investor Services Administrator supports AHF's investor relations and capital-raising activities, managing the administrative process from initial investor interest through to completed investment.

This role gives practical exposure to investor relations, capital raising, fund administration and financial services compliance. There is also room for career growth into investor relationship management or fund operations and compliance.

Investor onboarding and administration

• Manage the administrative process from investor enquiry through to completed investment

• Prepare and issue application forms, investment documents and supporting materials

• Ensure documentation is completed accurately and returned within required timeframes

• Maintain clear records of each investor's onboarding status and outstanding requirements

KYC and AML/CTF

• Request and follow up identification, entity, eligibility and source-of-funds documentation

• Complete KYC and AML/CTF checks in line with internal procedures

• Identify incomplete, inconsistent or potentially non-compliant documentation and escalate issues

• Maintain accurate compliance records and investor files suitable for review or audit

Investor follow-up

• Proactively contact investors regarding outstanding documents, signatures and funds

• Keep investors informed of progress and respond promptly to onboarding enquiries

• Refer investment, product or strategic questions to the Investor Relationship Manager

Investment processing and CRM

• Coordinate completed applications with trustees, fund administrators and registrars

• Confirm receipt and processing of investment funds, and record completed investments accurately

• Maintain investor records and pipeline status in the CRM, and support management reporting

Team support

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Investor Relationship Manager and capital-raising team

• Prepare documentation ahead of investor meetings and track agreed next steps

• Develop and maintain templates, checklists and onboarding procedures

• Experience in financial services, investment administration, wealth management, funds management (or similar)

• Experience managing client onboarding and financial services documentation

• An understanding of KYC and AML/CTF requirements

• Strong attention to detail, with confident document-management skills

• Highly organised, comfortable managing multiple applications and competing deadlines

• Confident communicating with investors about outstanding information and documentation

• Comfortable working with CRM and workflow-management systems

• Able to work independently and take ownership of matters through to completion

• Advantageous: experience with trustees, fund administrators, registrars or investment platforms
