ORS is expanding its Workplace Rehabilitation team in Melbourne, and we’re seeking an experienced NES Rehabilitation Consultant ready to step into a Principal Consultant role.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver Workplace Rehabilitation services specialising in New Employer ServicesConduct functional capacity evaluations, vocational assessments & job readinessManage return-to-work programs and injury management plansLiaise with employers, insurers, medical professionals & stakeholdersProvide evidence-based case management and rehabilitation planningWork across homes, workplaces, clinics and ORS offices
What we’re looking for
Minimum 2+ years’ experience in Occupational Rehabilitation / Rehab ConsultingQualification in one of the following:PsychologyRehabilitation CounsellingRegistration with AHPRA, ASORCStrong stakeholder engagement and report writing skillsDriver’s licence and access to a vehicle
