As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Inventory Officer to join our team. Supporting the team’s commercial results, this is an excellent opportunity to make your mark in a thriving area of our business.  This position would be great for someone looking for job in the Inventory/Logistics field. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Inventory Management

• Order Processing

• Generate regular reports on inventory status, stock movements etc.

• Assist in developing and maintaining process documentation, including flowcharts and SOPs.

• Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in inventory control, supply chain, purchasing, analysis and data visualisation.

• Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel, SQL experience is a plus

• Strong planning, analytical and problem-solving skills

• Able to communicate on all levels

• Ability and willingness to adapt to changes and learn

• Automotive parts experience desirable but not essential
