We're looking for a passionate Service Leader to lead our close-knit 30-place service through an exciting period of transformation. This is an opportunity to shape culture and deliver exceptional outcomes for children and families. With an immediate start available, you'll join a provider committed to growth, quality, and creating meaningful experiences for every child, every day.
As Service Leader, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the service while fostering a positive, high-performing culture. You'll lead by example, ensuring compliance, quality practice and strong relationships with children, families and the local school community.
This role is ideal for a leader who enjoys being hands-on, developing people, driving continuous improvement and creating engaging environments where children can thrive.
Key ResponsibilitiesAbout You
