OSHC Service Leader - Albanvale

We're looking for a passionate Service Leader to lead our close-knit 30-place service through an exciting period of transformation. This is an opportunity to shape culture and deliver exceptional outcomes for children and families. With an immediate start available, you'll join a provider committed to growth, quality, and creating meaningful experiences for every child, every day.

As Service Leader, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the service while fostering a positive, high-performing culture. You'll lead by example, ensuring compliance, quality practice and strong relationships with children, families and the local school community.

This role is ideal for a leader who enjoys being hands-on, developing people, driving continuous improvement and creating engaging environments where children can thrive.

• Deliver high-quality, child-centred programs and experiences
• Build strong relationships with children, families and school partners
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations and policies
• Manage service operations, administration and rostering

About You 

• Hold or be working towards an ACECQA-approved Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Hold a current Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain)
• Demonstrated leadership experience in OSHC, education or children's services
• Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Passion for quality outcomes for children, families and communities
