Retail Sales Associate – Part Time (Melbourne Central)

About BNAILS

BNAILS is a fast-growing press-on nail brand located in Melbourne Central. We are looking for an experienced, confident and sales-driven Retail Sales Associate to join our team on a part-time basis.

This is a sales-focused role. We are looking for someone who enjoys approaching customers, understands customer needs, recommends the right products, upsells and confidently closes sales.

What You'll Do

• Proactively approach and engage with customers

• Provide personalised product recommendations

• Drive sales and achieve daily sales targets

• Upsell and cross-sell to increase customer spend

• Handle high customer traffic confidently and efficiently

• Deliver excellent customer service and product knowledge

• Process sales through POS and maintain store presentation

• Work independently and contribute to overall store performance

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1–2 years of retail sales experience

• Strong sales ability and experience working towards sales targets

• Confident and proactive when approaching customers

• Strong upselling and closing skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail environment

• Reliable, responsible and able to work independently

• Strong English communication skills

• Experience in beauty, fashion, cosmetics or other sales-focused retail environments is highly regarded

• Long-term availability and unrestricted Australian working rights preferred
