We're looking for a motivated and commercially minded Salesperson to join our busy trading team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic industry where you'll build customer relationships, negotiate deals, manage supply requirements, and help drive sales growth.

What you'll be doing

• Managing and growing a portfolio of customers

• Building strong relationships with buyers, suppliers and key stakeholders

• Negotiating pricing and trading opportunities

• Monitoring market trends, product availability and customer demand

• Working closely with operations teams to ensure customer requirements are met

• Managing sales transactions and maintaining accurate records

• Contributing to sales, volume and margin targets

• Supporting inventory and supply planning activities

What we're looking for

• Previous sales, account management, trading or customer relationship experience

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Commercially minded with the ability to identify opportunities and make decisions

• Confident working in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

• A team player who enjoys collaborating with others

• Experience within fresh produce, wholesale, FMCG or supply chain environments will be highly regarded but is not essential
