•     Regular, honest feedback and goal-setting, not just problem-solving when something goes wrong.

•     More independence and complex cases as your confidence builds, at your pace, not a set timeline someone else picked for you.

The money

Fixed salary and a relocation allowance in year one, so there's no income risk while you get established. From year two, you move onto a commission structure, with the opportunity to earn a cash retention bonus at the end of year two and again at the end of year three, just for growing with us.

Settling in

Relocating? We'll help you find a rental, get set up on our systems before your first patient, and introduce you around town. Life outside the chair

4 days a week. No weekends. No on-call. And Kingaroy isn't exactly nightlife central, but it's got cheap housing, short commutes, and patients who know your name.
