3PL/Warehousing Specialist

About the role

You will be a key player in providing exceptional third-party logistics services to tech customers. You'll be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing tech orders, conducting stock management tasks, and delivering top-tier customer service. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where your contributions will directly support the reputation as a leader in logistics solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prioritize safety and comply with all OH&S/WHS protocols

• Process incoming tech parts efficiently and accurately

• Organize inventory with put-away and stock-taking processes

• Handle outbound tech orders, including picking, packing, and courier coordination

• Assist with walk-in and phone-based customer inquiries as needed

• Support on-site tech services for specific jobs (if applicable)

About you

• Availability: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday

• Safety-first mindset: Strong understanding of OH&S/WHS protocols

• Physical stamina: Comfortable with a fast-paced, physical role

• Dependability: Punctual, hardworking, and team-oriented

• Technical skills: Excellent computer and scanning literacy and communication skills
