About the role
As a Talent Acquisition Advisor (Disability) you’ll be the trusted partner for hiring managers across TAFE NSW. You will provide operational support and specialist advice for talent acquisition activities, with a focus on sourcing, attracting and placing candidates with disability or who are neurodivergent, through inclusive and accessible recruitment practices that remove barriers and support equitable hiring decisions.
You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, give practical and timely advice, and build their confidence in making great hiring decisions. Customer service is at the heart of what you do, ensuring hiring managers feel supported, candidates feel valued, and every recruitment outcome delivers positive results for our students and communities.
About you
You’re an experienced recruiter who loves making a positive impact. With a Diploma in a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience, you bring strong end-to-end recruitment expertise and know how to deliver great outcomes in a busy environment. You're passionate about creating inclusive recruitment experiences and enjoy partnering with hiring managers to attract diverse talent and support equitable hiring decisions.
