$110,972-$119,506 salary package - includes base salary ($97,771-$105,290), plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor (Disability) you’ll be the trusted partner for hiring managers across TAFE NSW. You will provide operational support and specialist advice for talent acquisition activities, with a focus on sourcing, attracting and placing candidates with disability or who are neurodivergent, through inclusive and accessible recruitment practices that remove barriers and support equitable hiring decisions.

You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, give practical and timely advice, and build their confidence in making great hiring decisions. Customer service is at the heart of what you do, ensuring hiring managers feel supported, candidates feel valued, and every recruitment outcome delivers positive results for our students and communities.

About you 

You’re an experienced recruiter who loves making a positive impact. With a Diploma in a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience, you bring strong end-to-end recruitment expertise and know how to deliver great outcomes in a busy environment. You're passionate about creating inclusive recruitment experiences and enjoy partnering with hiring managers to attract diverse talent and support equitable hiring decisions.

• Strong experience across all stages of the recruitment process, from attracting and sourcing candidates to assessment, selection, and compliance.
• Skilled in using social media and sourcing tools to connect with top talent.
• Builds trusted, collaborative relationships with hiring managers while keeping candidate experience a priority.
• Comfortable managing competing priorities.
• Works well in a team, sharing knowledge and ideas, and supporting others to succeed
• Highly Desirable: Experience using Applicant Tracking System (ATS), such as Page Up, to manage end-to-end recruitment processes.

This is a child-related position. Successful candidates must hold a valid NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC) prior to commencing. TAFE NSW will also conduct an Australian National Criminal Record Check on the preferred applicant as part of the pre‑employment process.

To be eligible for a position at TAFE NSW, you must be an Australian citizen, a permanent resident of Australia, or a New Zealand citizen with a current New Zealand passport.

A talent pool, valid for 18 months, may be created for this position and used to fill future vacancies.
