Sales Engineer

Marley Flow Control is seeking a Sales Engineer to join our team in Emu Plains, NSW. This full-time role will involve providing technical sales support and solutions to our clients in the industrial and commercial sectors. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our business.

What you'll be doing

• Providing technical expertise and solutions to a range of end-user customers, contractors and consultants

• Assisting with the selection, specification, and application of our highly regarded products to meet customer requirements

• Preparing detailed quotations, proposals, and technical documents for customers

• Conducting site visits and product demonstrations to showcase our solutions

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and partners

• Collaborating with the wider sales and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement

• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and new product developments

What we're looking for

• Tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a technical sales or sales engineering role

• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand complex product specifications and applications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with customers and internal stakeholders

• Problem-solving and analytical skills to provide tailored solutions to customer needs

• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills to drive sales and achieve targets

• A valid driver's licence and the ability to travel to customer sites as required
