What you'll be doing

You'll take ownership of site operations, working closely with the Project Manager to deliver projects safely, on time and on budget.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading crews, subcontractors and plant operators on site

• Planning and coordinating daily works to maximise productivity

• Maintaining a strong safety culture and ensuring HSEQ compliance

• Monitoring project progress, quality and programme

• Managing labour, plant and resources efficiently

• Completing daily reporting and site documentation

• Building positive relationships with clients and stakeholders

• Identifying and resolving issues before they impact delivery

What you'll bring

You'll be an experienced civil construction Supervisor who enjoys leading people and delivering quality outcomes.

You'll have:

• Local to the Mackay Region essential

• Proven experience supervising civil construction projects

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• The ability to manage crews, subcontractors and site activities

• A proactive approach to safety, planning and problem solving

• Experience working to project schedules and budgets
