Sales & Dealer Support Coordinator

The Role

This is a hands-on sales support and customer service position working closely with our sales team and dealer network.

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, following up opportunities and making things happen.

You will be responsible for ensuring sales opportunities don't fall through the cracks, our dealers receive great support, and Torqit continues to proactively develop new business.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is proactive, confident on the phone and comfortable picking up the phone rather than waiting for enquiries to come in.

You don't necessarily need automotive industry experience. Attitude, communication skills and a willingness to learn are more important.

You will ideally have:

• Strong telephone and communication skills

• Previous sales, customer service or sales support experience

• Confidence making outbound and cold calls

• Excellent follow-up and organizational skills

• A positive and professional attitude

• Good computer and CRM skills

• The ability to work as part of a fast-moving sales team

• A genuine desire to help customers and achieve results

Automotive, 4WD, aftermarket or trade industry experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
