About the Role

We’re looking for a qualified Diesel Mechanic or Light Vehicle Mechanic to join our Bacchus Marsh workshop.

You’ll work alongside an experienced and supportive team, maintaining and repairing our own fleet of buses.

Our workshop focuses on planned and preventative maintenance, allowing you to focus on quality workmanship rather than constant pressure and unrealistic deadlines.

This is an opportunity to build your experience in the bus and heavy vehicle industry while working for an established regional employer.

What You’ll Do

• Service, diagnose and repair our fleet of buses
• Complete preventative maintenance and safety inspections
• Diagnose mechanical issues and carry out quality repairs
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and workshop standards
• Work collaboratively with the workshop team to keep the fleet operating safely

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Heavy Vehicle or Light Vehicle Mechanic
• Strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on workshop experience
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Commitment to safety, reliability and quality workmanship
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop your skills
