About the role

Exciting opportunity for a Client Services Manager to join the team at our branch in Collinswood, SA. As a full-time Customer Service Manager, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality cleaning services to our diverse client base.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and coordinate a team of cleaning professionals to ensure exceptional service delivery

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and addressing any concerns

• Develop and implement process improvements to streamline operations and enhance client satisfaction

• Prepare detailed reports on service delivery and identify opportunities for growth

• Assist with the recruitment, training and development of the cleaning team

• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a client-facing role within the cleaning or facilities management industry

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise effectively

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients and team members

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and experience with job scheduling or customer relationship management software

• Flexible and adaptable to changing demands and priorities

• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
