Private Wealth Associate Adviser

Our client is a boutique financial advice firm based in Sydney CBD that look after a very sophisticated client base. They have a real passion for what they do, and are looking for someone who wants to grow with the business and become an adviser long term.

Duties and Responsibilities;

As the Associate Adviser your main responsibility will be to maintain a relationship with all HNW/ UHNW clients. In this position you will work directly with an adviser meeting and exceeding the expectations of the clients.

• Ensuring all required documents are prepared for client meetings
• Be the primary point of contact for clients
• Attend client meetings with the adviser either in person or virtual
• Completing meeting follow-ups, and sending meeting summaries to clients and planning future meetings
• Overseeing the workflow management and delegate to the support team 
• Assisting in developing investment ideas and executing client trades
• Draft Advice documentation where appropriate

• 3+ years' industry experience dealing with HNW clients 
• Exposure to both retail and wholesale advice 
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of the financial planning industry
• Broad knowledge of financial planning concepts, legislation and regulations
