About the Role We are seeking a motivated and analytical Financial Analyst to join our finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a company where you will play a key role in supporting the business by providing timely financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to assist management in making informed commercial decisions. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management reports and financial analysis.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Analyse financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support month-end and year-end reporting processes.
• Develop financial models to assist with business planning.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare management dashboards.
• Assist with cash flow forecasting and financial planning.
• Work closely with operational managers to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency.
• Ensure data accuracy and maintain financial records in accordance with company policies.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• CPA or CA qualification or equivalent is essential
• Relevant experience in a similar role within the local industry.
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel and financial systems capability (MYOB Exo experience advantageous)
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
