Registered Nurse

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

• Current unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
• Previous experience using Medical Director and PracSoft.
• Current Covid 19 vaccination training module certificate.
• Previous general medical rpactice experience.
• Willingness to assist in administration tasks.
• Must be able to work Saturdays if required.
• Obtain excellent communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Current immunisation certificate.
• Australian working rights.
• CPR certificate.

DUTIES INCLUDE (BUT NOT LIMITED TO):

• Contribute to the effective multidisciplinary health manangement.
• Ensuring consumables, equipment and medications are kept stocked and maintained.
• Work with the Practice Manager and Principal to maintain a suite of practice policies and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of clinical rooms in accordance with national standards.
• Providing primary healthcare services and initial emergency response.
• Ensuring documentation is accurate, precise and concise.
• A sense of urgency whilst providing empathy and support.
• Perform clinical examinations and diagnostic testing.
• Immunisations including Covid 19 vaccinations.
• Maintaining a recall and reminder system.
• Wound management and dressings.
• Triage and assessment of patients.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Chronic disease management.
• Ability to work independently.

Pay: $54,836.00 – $107,078.00 per year
